What's the point of testing something if you are not going to use any of the failure data to make improvements to the system in which you are testing!! Minture scale testing fails so Rush says I'm sure it'll be OK with full scale testing. Full scale testing shows inadequate structural integrity and fails completely so Rush builds another identical one and starts taking passengers. Confidence in one's ability is a good thing but there's a fine line between confidence and arrogance

I’m not sure but I feel like trying to get information to do 2 things ( I hope). First to figure if more regulation or oversight is needed. Just because it’s USCG doesn’t mean they won’t work with other countries. Also I really hope they look into how Rush was able to slip through some loophole. He did this in international waters so he wouldn’t HAVE to met regulations and standards

@@Fee212 the testomony he gave with the paying client, who he said had tears in her eyes and told Stockton to "give him the fucking controller", she testified and said that sounded like a different dive, she said there were no raised voices, no tears, and no cursing. It's those details that our own anger can easily insert, so, yeah, shaded by his anger.
