Severe pain in my upper left quadrant where my ribs are, right under my left pectoral. It’s so bad sometimes! It’ll be sharp and burning it will radiate to the left side of my back. I don’t know what it is, I’ve had work ups done with blood, Ct scans, X-rays, ultrasound, and endoscopy’s, no answer to what it is yet. I have an appointment in a few weeks with the gastroenterologist clinic from Stanford Health in Palo Alto California. I pray they find a reason for this and a solution. May God help us to get better !

@@TheTruth-db6rn Well I believe it was too much fast food for me. I went on a dirty bulk diet. Too much mcdonald's after the gym and I guess I became really constipated. Not to be gross or anything, but during the pain I couldn't go number 2 properly. Pains gone now and I feel back to normal. Been eating more greens and food with fiber. Glad the issue went away on its own. Hope you figure out what is causing yours.

My pain comes and go daily and when it does is like a sharp shooting pain right under the frontal left side of my rib cage, it doesn’t hurt when I touch only when I’m not doing anything like about to go to sleep or when I’m sitting playing my games.

Yes this exact thing happens to me!! It’s never long, never more than 5-10 seconds, but it still hurts. I usually try to slowly straighten my back and not move too much.

Hi bro I am suffering from LH quadrant stomach pain from last two year, and gastric issues, change in bowel movement, blood in stool, pain in groin , light headedness, body pain, recurring boils all over body, weekness, iron and vitamin deficiency.....for these i tested below test, 1. Sigmoidoscopy 2.colonoscopy 2 times 3.Endoscopy 2 times 4. Ulstra sound test 6 times 5. CT scan 6. MRI scan But found only umbelical hernia and liver swelling, crysts in kidney, doctor telling this is comon problem, but my symptoms remain same from last two years, I suspect it is stomach or colon cancer, it is trigering more in every 15 days , no omiting, no nusiya, i can eat everything ...any one having similar issues please reply...i am from India Bangalore

Thanks for the video, Dr, Bob. I have had some sharp upper abdominal pain on my left side, and my lower left ribs (and side ribs) are also really painful, especially around the costochondral connection between the rib and cartilage. I've had X-rays, CT scans, ultrasounds, etc., and none of the many doctors I've seen know what's wrong with me. The pain also radiates to my mid-back on the left side. Also, my ribs flare up when I eat certain foods, and I've also had a diminished appetite. Could this be the result of an ulcer or some other gastrointestinal issue? Thanks, Nick
