half inflated basketball works as well. something soft but also that has a lower level of resistance. the sand filled ball is great!

Good video. I have done this several times throughout the years I recently visited a physio who said it could be dangerous for the organs. Do you believe that to be untrue, what's your take? It does feel really good.

Should I be diaphragm breathing with this ?

Technically you are always diaphragm breathing, but yes try to focus on filling your belly with air.

I have I believe is RUQ myofascial pain syndrome. I've had Abdominal US, CT with and without contrast and MRI. No hernias, no pathology. Just doing mild Abdominal exercises can literally paralyze me severe pain, so painful that I can't breathe. How can I strengthen and relax my RUQ oblique muscles? I haven't been able to workout or do MMA for a couple of years. Please help

You might have a torn or damaged diaphragm.
