Recently my sides abdominals/flanks are literally squeezing me 24/7. My GP says its probably due to a compression in the neck but the specialist appt is still far away. Do you have any exercises to recommend? Thank you.

With all the bending and twisting your are doing with the other methods I'm sure the transversus abdominis will be influenced with those methods....And thank you
