Fixed Assets Sale With Sales Order: Process and Accounting Entries

What are the available solutions in SAP S/4HANA to sell fixed assets using sales orders and sales invoices?🤔❓
💡There's no best-practice solution, so we have to build our own. From my experience there are 2 solutions:
1️⃣ Use a non-stock item
2️⃣ Convert the Fixed Asset to a material and sell it

Hi, if we go with the 2nd option and convert the fixed asset to a material, would we then have to retire the asset without any revenue?

Hi Mohamed, Yes I understand, the new regulations in Egypt are impacting all of us. Unfortunately, there's no way for me to offer memberships on KZbin (the option doesn't exist)

Assalamu Alaikum Abdullah, I am facing the below issue I am trying to define ledger group for AA. And I have created one dummy ledger U5 and one non leading ledger U4. Now I am defining Ledger group UP and grouping (U5 & U4) into UP. U5 is representative Ledger. Error occurs when i was saving the ledger group like -->Currency/Valuation type does not exist. Error message no:KM133. Please could you help me out to resolve this issue?
