The ladder looks great Sean. Extra points for getting up early to work on it. One tip when drilling with the hole saw, Drill just enough to make a mark on the wast side, then cut the excess off, half way above the center hole and wast side. Now you will only be drilling out the rail side. Be ready for the torque between the drill bit and the cut. Or you will snap the bit.

I burnt up two drill motors coping holes for this project and a couple of others. I think you will find them in the videos if you watch the entire series... Cost of doing business I guess...
