Hi Jose. Here’s a couple of tips for the long run. When you bend down low to do something stay down low and look for something else that needs to be done while your down there. That helped me. Someone told that to me and it sticks with me today. Another tip is try to stay clean by wearing nicer clothes and see how clean you can keep them throughout the day. A clean plastered looks a lot more professional than a dirty one. Maybe you can change clothes at the job site and wear your nice clothes home and to work. Also remember that it takes 1 whole year to be able to take the mud off the front of your hawk like a pro so start practicing today. Go for it

Looks really nice! Can you use decorative stucco trim to cover a termination bar that runs about 8" off the deck of a second level flat rubber roof?

Yes and yes. Try to find a product called weld crete. I think Amazon has it or search for a building supply house they may carry weld crete. Try to buy the blue can. Then take a peanut grinder and score the surface where you want to install the trim. Now brush on the weld crete. Let the weld crete become tacky then install the trim as usual Thanks for your question.
