In India, milk farmers don't get good price while NZ sells most of their milk at very good price. Reason lies in Quality and marketing tactics. In India, milk is laden with growth hormones. We need good corporates for dairy business. Even poor countries like BD don't take our milk. Amul or Motherdairy should enter Organic milk business and child milk powder business .
@someonejustsomeone1469 Жыл бұрын
You missed the main thing. Most of Indian diary is based on local demand unlike New Zealand where which sells milk to other countries with wealthier people who can afford milk from cows without growth hormones. In India growth hormones increase supply which prevents poor Indians from getting priced out.
@Global-Netizen Жыл бұрын
Dairy farmers, especially the Gujarat farmers get apt price from Amul. Moreover, India has co-operatives for milk supply, where profits get shared by the farmers. Plus, India has so much consumption and demand of milk that Amul faces shortage sometimes, even after the largest producer of milk. The amount of profit it earns from India. It doesn't makes them any sense to sell outside India.
@meluci Жыл бұрын
I feel it’s not because of that ok I mean around 80% of farmers are not joint with the Cooperatives and they don’t have the knowledge But according to the stats India is the biggest exporter of milk and in AMUL 80% of income goes back to the farmers But it is my POV and I respect all other POVs 😊

if we plan correctly we can be a nation like new zealand, NZ used diary products to increase exports and develop their country. Now it is difficult to replace the existing business. but in current scenario ISRO is doing a fabulous job so if we concentrate and support the space sector we can be a nation for the countries who cannot send their satellites to space and earn money from it. countries like russia, UK, japan and china are way ahead from india but they are very costly and india doing similar job at lesser cost. space is the best place for india to invest.

I live in New Zealand and I can asure you that average New Zealanders are not 25% more rich than average Indians. The Milk produced here is mostly of A1 quality. The A2 quality milk is mostly exported out of New Zealand to Australia and USA to make infant formulas and Gym powder. Basically, living in New Zealnd doesnt mean you are rich nor you are drinking best quality of Milk every day. Salaries in comparison to expenses has gone for a toss in the last three years. Most of us are planning to come back to India soon.

Thank you so much @AbhiandNiyu for making a video on my recommendation. New Zealand brings us a lot of lessons to learn from, whether in Dairy or Cricket.. Very well and logically explained. This series exposes the young Gen Z era to build a solution-oriented mindset rather than a problem-finding and complaining mindset. You guys are definitely impacting the future of India in a very positive way ! One more recommendation that I can give is of Kane Williamson, A man who smiles and is gracefull in every situation. It’s hard to control your emotions like that man. He remains calm and accepts his own faults, never passes on the blame. It’s another leadership skill that we Gen Z kids should know.

CAN YOU ANSWER THIS QUESTION 1. Why India is on 4th number in world in beaf export though we consider cow and baffalo as our mother. 2. What happens to the male cattle because they don't give milk and don't use in farming also after tractor. And also when you last see the male cattle in your nearest tabela. 3. Cow only gives milk when its pregnant just like human they have 9 month cycle and after giving birth in two months they stop giving milk, so the reality you don't know is the cow was artificially and forcefully pregnanted Evey single year,,, she lives 25 year's 15 year's of his life goes pregnant and you know the pain of every delivery. 4. Why there is no or little news about the dark side of this milk industry in India,, giant player's like Amul and sanchi or every single farmer knows the reality. 5. What happens to the female cow and baffalo when they stop giving milk after certain age when they get old. PLEASE RESEARCH ON THIS YOU KNOW THE REALITY OF THIS MILK INDUSTRY ( WATCH MAA KA DOODH ON KZbin) ALSO PLEASE ASK YOUR MILK PROVIDER ONCE WHAT THEY DO AFTER THERE COW AND BUFFALO STOP GIVING MILK. Also want to add last point only one percent of cow's are donated in Goshala by farmers because farmers have to pay Goshala for cow's food atleast 60 to 70 thousand. And if farmer sell this cow to slaughter man he gets 70 to 80 thousand easily or more . I'M Gen z.
@samarthraman628711 ай бұрын
@The_last_1 your facts are absolutely correct, brother. But we need to give higher proces for the products, and change our strategy a bit for an export surplus to all countries. We need to upgrade with time to time. And talking about exporting beef, whom do you vote for. The selling of beef was banned by the BJP government in karnataka, but as soon as Congress came, this rule was overturned. More beef shops have opened around nowadays. If you know a bit of politics (which I assume you know already), it's votebank politics to satisfy a segment of the community, which propogates them to allow selling of beef in karnataka and in other non-bjp states.

Sorry, but you can't apply a similar solution for a similar problem as the situation is different . In the case of India we have 2/3 of the population dependent upon agriculture . Removing government subsidies will not solve the problem of almost 900 million people. But providing them with jobs in different fields will remove their dependence. And then remove or reducing Subsidies can help the remaining people in agriculture sector. Other wise it will be like almost killing 900 million people to improve the quality of life for 500 million people.

Only 11 states out of 28 states and 8 Union territories in india produce marginal amount of milk Out of which the top 2 states lead by 3x than rest of them
@nithish9355 Жыл бұрын
Bro Newzealand's milk production was just an example. Its not that if newzealand is no 1 in milk production than we should also become no 1 in that field itself. Every country is unique in its own way. India's biggest advantage is our population but we r not using it in a proper way. If we use it in proper way than we can also become a developed n richest country.

Thankyou for making us aware about such facts of new zealand which i know little less being there. As you mentioned about manukau honey, its really different in taste compared to what we have in india. Always proud to have genes from India.. 🙏🙏

You should also compare the cost of living in New Zealand where a kg tomato in India couldn’t get you even a single tomato in NZ. Year around the tomato price will be around 4 to 5$ per KG. It’s just an example. All this is because of the high cost labour. They pay min 16$ per hour which is equal to 803 ₹. If India can pay this much huge labour cost then Indians are richest like NZ
