When an arborist cuts down a nasty old tree, he has to take all the leaves and small branches first. Then the thicker limbs, until all that is left is the trunk. Felling an overgrown tree all at once would damage everything around it, so the tree must be 'disassembled'. Same with rooting out treason: get the bit-players first, then go after the deal-makers and the money-men. Trump and a few members of Congress will be the last to go to jail. It's slow, it's frustrating, but as long as their 'base' is running free, going after the power-brokers isn't going to work.

Whenever I would visit my mom in another state our "must see" show was always your show. She died last January, and I miss her dearly and our nightly ritual of watching your show. There is a reason why theatre's have a mask of laughter and of pain. On a day when so many of us are reminded of the pain felt a year ago as we watched an attack on American Democracy and our constitution unfold....Stephen and team gave us something to laugh and cheer about before we continue the work of protecting all that is dear to true patriots. The attacks from outside are one thing but an attack from within is more than scary. Never forget how close we came and how many are laying in wait.
