I admire your confidence. I don't know what my problem is. I bought Abigail a year ago and I've never worn it except to try it on. I have bought a few wigs and when I get them I feel like I look goofy. So I put them away. I'm getting desperate as I am running out of hair. Nearly bald on top. Abigail is such a beautiful wig but mine does not look beautiful on me like your's does on you. I'd also like to say that I appreciate you going outside and walking around with your wigs. That gives such a better perspective on how the wigs actually look on someone.

Beki and I both have wigs that we put on the back burner. Then we later pull them out and wonder why we haven’t been wearing them. The toughest part for me was being nervous about being judged. But the more timesI got brave enough to wear my wig out, the easier it got.

I understand completely. Up until a couple of years ago I've always been wig-shy. I sincerely recommend you go to the Godiva Secret Wigs You Tube page. Rochelle Holt, the owner, had a new message today all about beginning to wear your wigs for the wig-shy. I started out by wearing my wigs to places like the grocery store where I was unlikely to run into anyone I knew. Then bit by bit I began wearing them in public, and soon around friends and family. When you get compliments about your "hair" just say thank you. It's nobody's business whether your hair is grown on your head or kept in a box. If anyone is ungracious enough to ask if it's a wig tell them the truth if you want, and also add how great you feel wearing it! But if they seem hostile or snide, I highly recommend the Incredulous Stare. It's better than any words for shutting up those who need it. Godiva had hundreds of wig videos providing advice and help on every single aspect of wig-wearing. Unlike other wig seller, Rochelle is completely approachable, friendly, open, and answers questions patiently. Best of luck on your wig journey.

@@DannyJane. I have two GSW wigs and I've probably watched all of their videos several times. Such a great company. So, thank you for offering such good advice. I'm going to have to take the plunge pretty soon as my hair has gotten so thin. They say necessity is the mother of invention so maybe that will be the catalyst for me to brave up. Hard-core Godiva customer here. Alana is a terrific wig and looks great on you and I adore the Frosted Taupe color. It's soft and complimentary. I don't know if you can carry it, but on me the Silver Stone is too harsh. I make a point of being sure my wigs are a little messy. Too tidy is too wiggy. You can wear Alana darn near anywhere. I happen to love the pulled back style on you, and would only suggest you allow a couple of tendrils to "slip free". Thanks for the bare bones review. I love your plain-speaking style.

Your show is delightful--because, you're delightful! Love Steller, too! She does a good job of filming and... 'you're a comedy duo! 'the two of you together are like the George Burns and Gracie Allen of 'W.I.G.S! And, you Beki, could pass for both Anne Bancroft and Audrey Hepburn (I bet you been told that before). The 'two of you just have 'way too much fun! This show is going to "pick up!" You were wise to start it!

Actually, I do have the occasional itch, but a little conditioning or washing the wig usually helps .
