I love how beautifully you both carry every single color. Alana is a lovely wig. I think I'm going to have to find myself a Silver Mink wig. That shade is HAUNTING. Alana is one of the bob cuts that Godiva has that flatter pretty much anybody. I have Sabrina and although it's a little shorter it's very similar in how it moves and wears. She's one of my favorites. The fun part is once you finally settle on what STYLE you want--then you have to start all over again with what COLOR you want. I guess I'm just a hardcore Godiva Girl. Wonderful Monday goodness as always. It's never a gloomy day when I get my new video.

Great question! I would suggest any wig that attracts you by length and style. From there, I'd suggest to have some wispy bangs trimmed (do you wear bangs?). With wispy bangs, you could even wear the wig back just a tiny bit (sew in clips just beyond the hairline to secure) to add to your forehead if that's what you want. The bangs will soften/camouflage if you're not in love with your forehead. Hope this helps, Rochelle

I love the red spice color. I’ve now got to see what wigs come in that color. I’m a natural redhead and though I’m in my 60s and letting my hair go natural I will be buying wigs in red. Beautiful colors! What happens to the synthetic fibers when a person sweats? Does it affect the way it lays or flips? When I get hot, the first place I start to sweat is my head/face. Thanks. Btw, that marble brown and frosted taupe are stunning.

Hi B, Ro here. It should be no problem if the wig is washed maybe after every 5 to 7 times you wear it. Our shampoo and conditioner is gentle on our wigs, and you do want to remove the salt from perspiration. Also, if you're perspiring and your hands have oils from touching your face/makeup - that combined with the salt, over time (if not washing) will dry the fibers. Although, for the pleasure and ease of wearing wigs, many clients just replace their wig after a year or so and don't worry about it - they just enjoy it! We always suggest washing a wig after wearing it 10 - 15 times to keep it looking pretty and smelling fresh! Hope this helps! Ro

@@GodivasSecretWigs Unfortunately, Tiffany doesn't come in white which is my natural color. I'd definitely like to stick with my white hair color. Also, wearing an average size wig on my large head would undoubtedly shorten the hair style, so I would not feel comfortable in doing that. I'm really hoping that someday you'll get the Sabrina in a large white. Please keep me on your "waiting / wish list". I'm not in any hurry. Still have plenty of my own hair, fortunately.

At each individual wig style on our website, either below the video or to the right of the wig colors, you will see "Cap Size" and "Features" and here is where you'll see all the identifying features of each wig. So, Alana is Machine-Teased, not mono or lace front (LF). Here is the link for Alana: www.godivassecretwigs.com/alana-medium-wig/. Also, on our video for Alana, at 6:05, I am showing you as I play with changing the part. Most of our wigs can be coaxed to change parts by brushing and teasing. Dear Debbie, it's Rochelle. Creating a bang or making it shorter can easily be done by a hairdresser you like or by watching our tutorials on "How to Trim a Bang". We never trim beforehand because everyone's forehead size is a little different. It wouldn't be customized just for you! Hope this helps!

Hello I just watched your video and wish to learn about the "it stays" product. I researched it by doing a search and found there are several different makers who put out this product. Which is the best one to buy please?...and does one of these products work better with sweaty skin than others.? I have just lost most of my hair due to covid and the stress of losing my husband to covid at the same time as I had covid. I have just decided to try your wigs but I am finding the grip band is sliding up my head and this is happening both in the back or nape of my neck area as well as my forehead area. Is it my imagination or does Alana in "Silver Stone" have a lot more white in it than the "Silver Stone" in the Sabrina wig? If the Sabrina in Silver Stone had that much white in it, it might work for me. But when I viewed your other video (kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaLdknljetubaJY), the Sabrina in Silber Stone looked much darker than the Alana in Silver stone. I have very little of the darker color grey in my hair - just a very little bit underneath in back. Which of these two wigs would fit a larger head (23")? Or are they both the exact same cap size/construction?

Hi Kimmy, dye lots can change slightly, or the lighting could be different too. Both are Silver Stone. Here's my suggestion for you - remember that the people around us really don't look at us as closely as we do. We're all busy thinking about ourselves. If a color is slightly different, believe me, most likely few will even notice. These wigs are average size.
