To much swirling in your brain to sleep?! Let's fall into something familiar and classic to ease the brainwaves, shall we? Join me for the classic and bizarre "Sleeping Beauty in the Wood," and hopefully you will drift off to beautiful sleep as well! Disney's "Sleeping Beauty" is based off of this version of the story, but where it ends and everything is "Happily Ever After," this tale is just beginning! Get ready for Ogres, castle-hopping, deceit, snakes, and oh so much more in this evening's reading! Disney Princess Aurora had things on Easy Mode, with only Maleficent and a cursed spinning wheel to contend with! This tale, Charles Perrault's "Sleeping Beauty in the Wood," is read in a soft voice and set to some light and soft background music. I do hope you enjoy the this evening's fairy story!

Something I really love about the another version called Sun, Moon and Talia, is that the Queen thought she ate Sun and Moon and was saying weird and strange things hinting that she ate the Talia's children but the King didn't understand at all. Personally that part was funny

There’s one version where the prince kisses her, and wakes her, Sleeping beauty legit tells the prince that he wasn’t good enough and she wanted to go back to sleep, and she basically just slept forever

I read a book when I was young called "Twice Upon a Time" which is another version of this tale where they actually talk about the Prince's mom being an ogre more! I never knew it was part of the original story

Hi, I have a few suggestions for future readings! -The Telltale Heart -The Cask of Amontillado Or maybe a chapter or two from -Dracula -The Hobbit -The Phantom of the Opera or -The Count of Monte Cristo? These are just some of my favorites, does anyone else have any suggestions?
