@shimmeringreflection In the world of Karate in Japan, seniority always rules (sempai vs kohai, Kyokushin or otherwise). That's why many of well known seniors win matches, despite looking like they lost. It may be part of publicity; the more well-known karateka win, the more popular their respective dojos get. I know seniors don't always win, but generally they do.

What the hell are you talking about? Whats so different? the notable differences I see is the improving technic, plus the HW are real big and strong.

I reckon if that fight had gone on for a few more rounds, Kurosawa would have won. Matsui looked hurt, and Kurosawa dominated most of the fight. Not sure how Matsui was the winner ...

Мацуи действительно лучший, такая техника.. навысоте и защита тоже. я уж не говорю, хотя нет, говорю же.. что сила скорость и выносливость до конца.. столько времени, это нереально, КРУТО! !!
