SUSPENSION
front 27mm hr sway bar and rear 22mm hr bar with adjustable links.
Front control arms PowerFlex bushings (track version)

Big turbo with external wastegate conversion prototype kit.
Vband Garrett gen 2 2867r with custom exhaust wheel. Tubular exhaust manifold ceramic coated with external vband Tial wastegate. Wastegate screamer pipe, custom oil and water turbo lines. 3” downpipe ceramic coated and full catback system without cats or resonator with a Magnaflow muffler. 1 step colder plug set. Custom valve cover heat shields( available for purchase soon) will work with both big turbo setup and oem setup.

I'm running a f21 k04 hybrid , same manifold, custom tune , full intake and intercooler in my 2011 jcw r59 AND this intake manifold absolutely WOKE THE CAR UP !! Madd it go from decently quick to FAST..lol this thing , making only 19psi ( tuned conservative) pulls soooooo hard.. I will be upping boost 3psi though and see if the car can still hold traction because it's already skating around Honestly mine pulls harder , yours has baaaad lag but good topend , id love to run ya.. your 3rd gear IS SLOOOOOW and 2nd is notjing to brag about either.. I highly suggest a custom tune through adriancl, teust me. Its why i didnt use matio

waow this mini is amazing 😍 i have question for the Racing timing chain kit where he find it , i have trouble whit my timing chain is possible i put this chain on my jcw engine n14 i have only a intercooler forge , delete resonator , delete noise turbo ,inox exhaust and dump valve renforced thanks for your reply

Is that an engine valve knocking I hear @ 3:08 ?? I'm surprised it wasn't tuned to push 20psi or more. OEM n14/n18 engine and transmission can handle up to 21psi easy. Curious as to why it was tuned so low. Has he got dyno graph of the current horsepower ? Thanks.

A bigger turbo at 15 psi isn’t the same as a small turbo at 15 psi. But i think he’s just testing the kit at this point and is slowly turning up the boost. His IG is in the description if you want to talk to him about it

We don’t longer run boost of a tune, we control how much boost we want to run via the external wastegate/boost controller and a spring.

He’s running Gtx2867R if I’m not mistaken .... capable of 500hp these are the big turbo for RS,ST,GTI/R .... v8 killers

He was testing a new turbo kit and that’s what he was running at the time. His kit it capable of 500whp
