• A runny nose
• Sneezing - although this is generally less severe than in allergic rhinitis
• Mild irritation or discomfort in and around your nose

In rare cases, non-allergic rhinitis can also cause a crust to develop inside the nose, which may:
• Produce a foul-smelling odour
• Cause bleeding if you try to remove it

One of the best things that works for me is: lay on your side with your mouth open; breathing through the mouth. Do it so that you hear a clicking in your mouth. This is the opening and closing of your nasal passage. In half an hour you will be able to blow your nose and (as I have experienced) you will be able to breathe a little better for awhile. Put a cloth under your head where your nose is to catch the drain off.
