Boost your aerobic endurance and strengthen your core with this abs and kickboxing workout for women. This at home workout video is designed with all bodyweight exercises for a killer cardio burn that will make you feel like an athlete. This workout uses couplet format of 30 seconds workout and 10 seconds rest for 3 rounds before moving on. One kickboxing combo is partnered with an abdominal exercise for a total body burn.
