Alright guys, let's get real.
You're not in your 20s anymore and that six-pack is starting to look more like a keg.

I’ve never counted my calories! I basically eat OMAD or two meals a day! My first meal today was a. Chicken rap with mustard! Greek yogurt with blueberries

I actually never had abs was very thin ones when I was down on 160. I’m getting older. I would love to have abs fill again.

I’m tired high looking feel I actually had to buy a size bigger in my shorts and yes, my wife and I and my girls are going to Myrtle Beach this August so I do I am trying to work on getting

Great video! I know you're talking to guys but wondering about the calorie equation for women. If goal weight x 10-12 = 1250-1500. Is it still ok/safe to calorie cycle when calories are that low? E.g., Consume 1300 calories x 5/wk to be able to eat 1000 extra calories over the weekend? I worry eating that few calories might make hormonal issues worse. TIA!

Are there any circumstances where IF is not a good idea for certain people (e.g., women with hormone imbalances or men/women with cortisol issues?

Absolutely - i rarely recommend fasting for women. Sometimes it can work well but it’s case by case
