Recognize the feeling of wanting to sleep just to get up and eat. However, now I prefer fasting instead of lots of cardio 🔥😊 Now walking, more rest and saving my biggest meal for dinner to sleep better and recover 💤😴

Some really good info here, thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge. Spot on with the point about doing a ton of cardio kicking the appetite stimulus into full effect. I just burned 700 calories on the spin bike. Yet the second I got off, I ate 600. Much better to keep it all level headed. I've been watching a lot of the RP (Dr. Mike Israetel) stuff lately. He makes a good point about not doing cardio on the same day as lifting. Feels way better that way.

When doing intermittent fasting and you struggle to get thru the first week of the 16 hours of no eating when you get those severe hunger pains. An old timer bodybuilder when i was younger told me to go to the doughnut shop, get 1 doughnut, take a big bite, chew it good then spit it out. It gives you enough of everything to kill the hunger cravings. Only do that until you get used to it. Works amazing.

A lot of people can go hard lose a lot of weight but that behavior is not sustainable. It’s important to set your goal then when you hit it immediately go into maintenance stage. A lot of people just keep going hard until they can’t then gain all the weight back because they don’t have a middle ground

Saturdays are my cheat days or relax days is what I like to call them. My staple throughout the week is lean protein, veggies, and fruit. I like to mix in some greek yogurt and protein bars to help hit my protein numbers. Saturdays are crazy because I literally have all these restaurants flowing through my head and its hard to decide lol. I ended up getting a double whopper and had some Ben and Jerry’s when I got home lol.

I think the problem is with your first bodybuilding competition. Your coach is right to cut the carbs but you should have increased your protein and your animal fat you didn't have enough energy cuz you weren't eating enough food. You don't need carbs and I know you're going to argue and say you do, but you don't Go watch professor Bart kay

It takes around 5-6 months to go from 20% bodyfat to 10% bodyfat. So with all do respect sir you can't go from 33% bodyfat to 7% in only 7 months. That takes well over 15-18 months. But good info tho 👌🏽
