Today’s Ballet Routine is for all my adult ballet dancers ready to respond to the craving in their souls to burst into beautiful movement whether in the living room, the bedroom, or any space you can escape to in your home for the next 5 minutes. 💃✨
Dance with me in a simple, at-home practice as I guide you in this easy ballet routine follow along.
This Follow-along Ballet Routine is a selection of ballet combinations to improve stability, strength and, above all, feel the flow and dancing. 🍃
These exercises are easy combinations and therefore accessible to anyone that hasn’t got ballet experience.
The only thing you have to do is put your beautiful frock on, ballet slippers and play the video to dance and workout at the same time. 😊
