I have a family member who from the age of 21 tried to have a baby and gave up, then at the age of 40 had her first child! then her second child at age 43.. I saw her struggle for many years with this, don't give up! women who go through this are the STRONGEST women!! God Bless You

A friend of mine who was overweight and had PCOS only had to lose about 15 pounds before she finally got pregnant after almost 5 years of trying. I know there are many different reasons and yours may be something more serious. I’m sure you’ve done everything and doctors have tried everything, but you never know. Good luck. I also love doing laundry. Hate ironing though! A few yrs ago I also colour coded our closets. Im white, hubby Green, daughter pink, son blue and yellow. Makes it so much easier to hand over their laundry! My clothes are also colour co-ordinated and type. Bit of ocd there. My favourite mother days gifts are when my kids have hand written me a card. I've kept them all and when they turned 21 I gave them their memory boxes filled with all the special things they did and gave to us. I also have their teeth in there and first haircuts etc. Their memory boxes and filled to overflowing. Was a special moment when they opened their boxes and realized that mom kept all the special momentos from their childhood. Being a mom is a privilege and one I dont take for granted. Remember to take time for yourself and Mark.

Ok aside from the awesome motivation in this video - your music choices were fantastic!! I hear you when you say you are savoring every moment while your kids are little - it’s so worth it - especially when they are grown and tell you how much they appreciate their upbringing!! Then you know a dusty table was okay cause you were making memories for and with your family. Now, as for livingroom I would maybe add a love seat or a small couch in some sort of print or texture in a fun color - you can always pull it together with blankets or pillows!!! Any day you pick for your one on one - works for me! ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day! I love how positive you are no matter the circumstances/irritations. I’m sure your children benefit from this and are happy and well adjusted. My daughter graduated college last year at 21 years old. Due to Covid there was no graduation ceremony. She gave me a beautiful and framed picture of her in her cap and gown, taken on campus last year for Mother’s Day. I was so surprised and happy to receive it I am crying all over again typing this. I am so proud of her as a young woman and her accomplishments. It’s a picture, but she knew I would love it and I do.

Hi Joanna! My mom is super into things that are good for the environment and she loves the beach. So I'm getting her some new Turkish cotton beach towels to replace her old ones and they give a percentage back to groups who work on ocean conservation. My favorite Mothers Day gift is so silly but I love this red mug that my hubby and kids gave me one year as part of breakfast in bed. I don't even like red but it keeps my coffee so hot.

Honestly I used to love getting bouquets of flowers from the hubby and kids and I still do of course, but I love home cooked breakfast and I want to plant flowers that day all over the outside. Really enjoyed the video as usual. I have the same mop set up as you however I do need to get a couple extra mopheads. I use gain in mine though not tied. I guess my favorite Mother’s Day gift that I gave my mother was a hanging yard wind chime, she loves wind chimes. This one was a real nice one and it had hummingbirds on it that she just loves as well. Night time they light up, so they are solar. She just loves them. My favorite Mother’s Day gift that my kids gave me was a laminated art picture of flowers and in the middle was a picture of my daughter who made it for me and it has magnets on the back and then they put a notepad onto it and you stick it on your refrigerator and I just love it. I still have it on my refrigerator to this day. Now I am 65 years old and my children are all long grown and I have seven grandchildren, so that might tell you how special it was to me. Have a very blessed week.

Loved your comment about the laundry. It is so true. Our kids are all adults now so I do not have the loads of laundry as in the past but it is something I have always liked doing. As for seating I think a couch would work great. We have most of the family get togethers at our home so we opted for 2 couches and 2 chairs. Seems to do the trick.

I love matching hangers it just makes things look so uniform. Also that O Cedra mop is hands down my favorite. A good idea for a Mother's day gift is... you and the your children could make your mom and mother in law something special or your cricut. You're coloured hangers made me remember my days of a busy mom of 5. Each of my children had a colour and I used their colour to keep everything straight. Their backpacks, lunch bags, tumblers all were their colour so I knew who had forgot to bring theirs home. The hundreds of little white socks were kept straight with a permanent marker dot of their colour on the heel. Activities on the calendar were highlighted with their colour. It worked well for our family. Still to this day, when my youngest is 28, if I see something in their colour I think of that particular child.

My grandchildren's school holds a rummage sale every year just for the kids. In kindergarten my grandson bought a very pretty necklace made of tiny plastic flowers and gave it to me for Mother's Day. I wear it proudly on every special occasion and he always comments that he's so happy he gave it to me.

My husband and I went to 6 flags st. Louis early in our marriage when I was 38 and he was 50. We rode all the coasters and that night we got in bed at 6 and slept all the next day. Took me a week to recover!! I feel ya!!

Inside I wrote memories we have shared together, funny moments, and just generally things I wanted her to know. How much I appreciate her and love her etc. She was made up. I also gave her some mindfulness cards so she has a small task to do each day. She's been going through a tough time and she really enjoyed my thoughtful gift and loves knowing she's got another card to open each month.
