@@christopherconard2831ah, that's the great moral question isn't it. Is the motive of the act more important than the act itself, or does the outcome matter most. I agree and say motive should be paramount, but the legal system places most weight on the acts/outcomes themselves and only minor consideration of motive when determining sentencing. As in your example case of attempted murder, they focus on the act and outcome, attempted murder yetfailed, therfore it's not ad "bad" as if he was successful, even though thr intent and motive are the same had the murder been successful. Our morals rarely get discussed at a national or philosophical scale, we just assume logic onto our morals without actually questioning why certian things are the way they are, like judging attempt4d murder less harshly than actual murder

Whether you believe that or not is another question, but it doesn't require eternal life in the corporeal realm. If you want to go all sciencey, you could say that information can't be destroyed, nor can energy. Mass is essentially a stable form of energy storage (mostly). When you're cremated, that energy is spread out all over the place as the mass is now converted. From Wikipedia : "After leaving Tom Bombadil, Frodo Baggins and company are trapped in the Barrow-downs, and nearly killed by a barrow-wight..." "...or Lobster Thermidor a Crevette with a mornay sauce served in a Provencale manner with shallots and aubergines garnished with truffle pate, brandy and with a fried egg on top and hwite. That hasn't got much hwite in it."

I had no intention of ever buying some fake smoking fidget thing... BUT Dank's fun poetic reading of the Ad Script has made me want one 😅 I live in Boston, and I bet he could sell me on (even more) bad weather and alcoholism 😂😂❤

How many of our public servants, drawing a fat pension, fud themselves silly over allowing this monster to go loose?

@CGCTV Why are you assuming this is some catty joke? It is genuinely unimagineable that someone could jusy randomly go around for decades, and murder someone every time they want to get off

The Redding is usually quite untroubled, quiet enough, but the 60-70s for Falkirk was a bit of a mental time to be alive apparently lol

Seeing the title of this vid gave me a little shock. I went to high school with Peter Tobin! ...in the late 90's ...in Seattle, WA. Probably not the same Peter Tobin, but still, I gotta watch this vid for that coincidence alone.

So back in 2011 I was in hospital in Edinburgh and on the ward I was in was a private room and in that private room was Peter Bloody Tobin and two screws..He was recovering from an assault I think. Anyway I had unfortunately caught a rare and virulent flu and been accidentally placed on an open ward. The other patients came down with it and it apparently nearly killed Tobin... the nurses were very professional but they loathed having to treat the murdering bastard
