The 7 million litres at 8:45 must be a large overestimate. Say it's 25L x 6W X 6D metres then that's 900 cubic metres which is 900,000 litres (900 tonnes). It can't possibly be anywhere near 7,000 tonnes, the weight of a massive major BC Ferry that carries dozens of cars & heavy trucks. It's either maybe 700,000 litres accidentally multiplied by 10 or maybe something like the total water across a long flight of locks. Sorry Tim & Pru.
