The year is 1989, not only was this the year I was born :P but somewhere in Scotland, not too far away from the Yetts o' Muckhart, a small Scottish town council is introduced to the world - and they have prepared a special vido (IT'S VID-EE-O!!!) displaying why the small town of Stoneybridge is the best place in the world to live in!
Starring Gordon Kennedy as Brucie, Jack Docherty as Erch, Pete Baikie as Boaby, Moray Hunter as Wully, Morwenna Banks as Maigret and John Sparkes as Alex aka Ek.

I recently attended a public meeting (held in a church hall) to save a local bookshop. The organizing group were all dressed like Stoneybridge Council, only they were much older than the Stoneybridgers.
