・Flour for baguette : 200g
*You can also use 140g Bread flour:60g Cake flour!

[Bowl B]
・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)

・Bread flour, as needed
◆Milk cream
・Unsalted butter: 100g
・Icing sugar: 20g
*You can also change to granulated sugar, etc.!
・Condensed milk: 70g
✴︎Rising time
First time : About 25~ min (40℃) / Second time : About 20~ min (40℃)
*Time is only a guide, so please adjust it according to how the dough puffs up
*Preheat the oven just before the end of the second fermentation.
