Some people just allow their systems to get dirty and go uncleaned then they expect their AC system to magically run perfectly.

WW HVAC is the Best AC company in Houston. I say this cause they listen to the customer. I’ve never heard Walt interrupt or talk over anyone even tho he’s the authority on this subject. He listens to the customer and empathizes with them and puts himself in their shoes while still being professional and conducting business. Good stuff on this channel.

Great video Company I was at you paid the service charge over the phone when you called in for service because they had way too many people just wouldn't be home or they found someone else to come out and didn't call to cancel their appointment. They also required a non refundable deposit on installs also for the same reason. Customers would say go ahead so they would order all of the equipment have it shipped/delivered to the shop then either could never get the customer to answer to schedule the install or they had their friends wife's cousins uncle do it for half the price. It's sad a few bad apples ruin it for everybody but at the end of the day we are in business to make money not lose it. Time is money and the more time we spend dealing with the bad ones the more money we lose and the more inconvenient it is for the good ones.

From my experience, as a tenant, u don’t touch the appliances…especially the ac and furnace unless it’s a filter change…u can actually get kicked out for touching things like the ac and furnace for anything more then a filter change…as a homeowner, I wouldn’t want the tenants to touch the ac or furnace beyond just a filter change…idk why people expect tenants to know this bs either….they don’t own the place so why on earth would they care? It’s the homeowners job to maintain that stuff…not a tenants

I ran into this exact call last week except the outdoor unit was also caked. Never maintained the unit for over 12 years. Then ended spending 2500$ for cleaning the whole thing from head to toe, changed out caps testing low, and we ran the low voltage to the condenser in conduit. Haven’t heard back from them since

I require half down for big jobs or installs. I've been fighting over price, had to chop off some money just so we could secure a warranty coil replacement. She still asked if we could lower it. Sadly i live in an area where people live outside their means. Always hated residential for this purpose. Tis why I'm working for the "A" license in Florida so I can get more commercial work. Less fighting there

I've learned over time that when customers persistently try to negotiate down your prices, it's often best to take your services elsewhere. Here are some red flags to watch out for: Constant Haggling: If a customer continuously tries to bargain despite already receiving a fair quote, it might indicate they don’t value your expertise and quality of work. Comparing Unfairly: When customers compare your detailed, professional services with cheaper, lower-quality alternatives to justify a price reduction. Ignoring Value: If a customer overlooks the value and benefits your services provide and focuses solely on the cost. Unrealistic Expectations: Expecting premium services at a bargain price can lead to dissatisfaction and disputes down the line. Disrespect for Professionalism: A lack of respect for your professional assessment and the market rates you've established. In these situations, it’s often better to move on and find clients who appreciate the quality and value of your services.

I just did a Change out yesterday here in Virginia, the Air Handler coil had 2 inches of dust and dog hair. The system was only 3 years old and the Blower went out. we asked the Home Owner if he ever changed the Filter in the Return Box, he said "What Filter?" I just shook My Head.
