I think the thing is, they have such age, and such a catalogue, classics like this fall through the cracks a bit. I love pretty much all albums up to Razors Edge. One night I had all those albums on playing shuffle as I drove for about 9hrs. Each song was like a gift, and it was almost a little disappointing when big ones like Back in Black, or Highway to Hell came on. There was one point where Night Prowler came on so I maxed out the volume, and was called on the CB by my driver. I grabbed it and answered and he apologised and said it’s a good song, I can wait and I called him back when it was over. He said he actually put it on in his truck too because he loved it, and I said oh that’s why I had to bump my cruise control up a few Km to sit with you lol.

@@kushking420 It's understood as a great song, but underrated that it gets no play in bars, satellite radio, never at weddings [but Hells or Shook or Black are played]. I could not agree more!!! Killer song and a really great chorus hook... Short, simple and catchy - perfect song.😀👍

They were such a well oiled machine as a band, that Bon could listen to them play the music over the phone and lay down the lyrics. He even talks about this song during a phone interview right before his Death By Misadventure. Its a good thing Bon mentioned Brians voice to the rest of the band.

Those lyrics rock.

It always makes me think this was a song they were working on in the Bon era, its lyrics sound like something he would do.

I cant believe Back in black is 40 years old as of tomorrow, i wasnt born in the 60s/70s when rock n roll was in it’s golden age but I really came to appreciate that kind of music when i started listening to these guys. When i saw the let there be rock video i became obsessed with the gibson ripper bass featured in it and eventually i got one. I remember the first things i learnt on the bass was ACDC, and i always enjoyed listening to their music, trying to dissect the bass lines note for note on its a long way to the top, because from what ive seen in videos on youtube not many people can get it right. I saw ACDC back in 2016 when they came to columbus, and they had the lineup of Axl rose filling in for Brian, Stevie filling in for Malcolm, Angus of course, Cliff, and Chris Slade once again, filling in for Phil Rudd. It was one of the best live performances I have ever seen, Angus was running around onstage as if the dude were still in his youth. It was an absolutely great concert, and i would love to see them again on their next tour. It would’ve been amazing to see them in their golden years with Bon Scott, what an amazing band. RIP Bon Scott and Malcolm Young.

I still remember going to the strip clubs back in the early to mid 80's and hearing this song. AC/DC was so huge after Back in Black...they were and still are the shit even today

One the best AC/DC songs and one of my absolute favorite songs of all time. It gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it. It never gets old, it never gets boring. It's simple but complex at the same time and so unique. There is nothing like it. An absolute masterpiece.

i like your line"simple and complex ".Very correct ,i hear a lot about their songs being simple ,but you and i know .a song to the novice may sound simple ,but a deeper look will reveal a complex simplicity. And its about the tune ,the melody ,that has been concieved is complex in nature.
