Love the new design. It's great to create space like this if you are going to live there permanently but if you want to sell it in the future then i think removing that extra bedroom is a bad idea because it's now considered as one bedroom house, otherwise i loved the new look

Getting rid of a bedroom for a bar area? For myself, I would rather have seen a reading area or a home office setup instead, but each to his own. And resale-wise, that unit took a hit so I hope you explained that to your client. As for the end result, I was pleasantly surprised considering its in the Philippines. The space is well-considered, expertly lit, and above all, cozy. Good job!
