I've calculated the Entire AC Valhalla England map based on recent gameplay footage. take note the game will feature a second map of Scandinavia so it will be even larger.Are you excited for AC Valhalla?

a bit late to the discussion, adding up with the 2 expansion which will include Ireland and pairs, not sure how big it will be. For sure its gonna be bigger and more variant then both origins and odyssey. So yeah, heck I am excited for it

"A second map of Scandinavia"? What are you talking about? Scandinavia (the combined areas of Norway + Sweden + Denmark) is to my knowledge NOT in the game, only a small part of Norway. And I haven't heard anything about 2 such maps/areas. Also, according to newer news, the only planned expansion areas are Ireland and Paris.

Great work. Origins came in at 80km2 so its about 1.2x the size of Egypt. Like Origins, we will probably get 3 or 4 large cities and then around two dozen villages. Nice.

@@DGVFX Not that I know of. I know we will see London, York, Winchester, Norwich, Canterbury and Lincoln. In fairness a lot of large English towns and cities today were little more than hamlets back then. So they should be able to make it realistic, unlike Athens and Corinth in Odyssey which were way too small.

@@DGVFX no not really especially not in norway. Most northmen villages were around south sweden and denmark in the channel of kattegatt. The only swedish viking town I can name are hedeby and birka. I've been to birka when I was little and today it is a reconstruction of what it could've looked like.

Bit disappointed with that map, thought they were doing the whole of England! Thats just the south eastern portion?? I wonder what the boundary will be to stop the player going to far west?To me it just looks odd, why not use the sea as a natural boundary. Hate the fact theres going to be two maps too. Much prefer it all on one map.

I completely agree. The map just feels weird and seems to only focus on Anglo Saxon kingdoms cutting off other interesting kingdoms in Britain at that time such as Dumnonia and the Welsh Kingdoms.

So Valhalla has a slightly larger map than of Origins but with Norway it could be the same as Odyssey or larger, interesting.

Nice job.120km2 is only 10km2 less than odyssey already, doesnt even include the area of norway they will have. Game will be huge, probably around 200km2 with both maps, looks to be more land mass then odyssey too.

As long as they fill that map with something interesting. Origins and Odyssey both felt like the size of an ocean, with the depth of a kiddie pool Half their regions contained pretty much nothing of interest

I hope there will be enhanced Parkour mechanics and like major cities where you can free run from previous AC Games Origins and Odyssey have Big map but most of it is sea, land, and Forest I hope they don't do that with Valhalla

great effort but... the map they show in the demo is not even the full map, you can clearly see a lot more land stretching west and north. Plus they said cities like london and york will be in the game and neither of them are inside the demo map.

This is the entire England map London is in there just not labeled it is confirmed and confined by Hadrian's wall in the far north.

Dimitris Galatas VFX No one found london or york in the map. Unless they willingly decided to remove them out of this build, there is more land to discover. Besides, ubisoft said that the map was gonna be a bit bigger than odyssey, and this map is a bit smaller than origins.
