Well I'm glad to finally knock out Toledo in my siren recording bucket list. On our drive back home from a weeklong roadtrip, I noticed Toledo was on the way and figured I'd nab a recording. I really, really, REALLY wanted to record the hula hoop HOR, but obviously I can't help that's apparently inactive now. What a shame! But I'm still satisfied with this P-15 behind the Heatherdowns Library on Byrne. I had a total fail in Memphis earlier this year, so this makes up for it! Plus, I also got to unexpectedly meet up with Tyler’s Sirens and EAS. It's awesome how the hobby has grown to the point that it's not uncommon to see another enthusiast at a siren test.
Sirens in Lucas County (Toledo) are tested every first Friday of the Month at 12 Noon and on SWA. Tests are only cancelled during severe weather.
Enjoy, and as always comment, like, and subscribe for more. Thanks!
