We had a stable situation in the old Common Market but the federalists couldn't leave well alone. We had a single market and customs union as the name suggests.

1:25 - we can now control our laws. Here's just one example of a law we're now making that we weren't able to make when we were in the EU: The previous Tory Government has banned live animal exports from entering, or going through, the UK, which is something that we were unable to do whilst we were in the EU, because European Union trade rules prevent member states from banning live exports to other countries in the bloc. Here's agricultural news publisher 'Agriland UK' telling you about that particular Brexit benefit in an article dated 'May 15th 2024' and headlined: "UK set to ban livestock exports after bill is passed" Quote: "The passing of the Animal Welfare (Livestock Exports Bill) means taking advantage of Brexit freedoms which mean the UK can ban live animal exports, which was prevented under EU rules." This just proves that we *are* now free to make our own laws without having to be dictated to from Brussels, so despite what you say to the contrary, you have now found someone that can tell you what laws we were being controlled by this awful EU.

Peter I am going to have to respond to your little movie, At first I had high hopes for the content but it quickly descended into assumptions, satire and a number of red herrings. Thank you for your uplifting comments regarding my musical skills. However, your commentary centred around the preconceived facts that in order to hold the views and opinions I have then I must read and gain such knowledge from tabloids like the Daily Express, The Sun and Beano Annual Christmas Edition. These are frankly wild and ill conceived ideas generated purely by you in a failed attempt to attack my own intellect. Surely you could have done far better on these score ??? You see old chap I haven’t read a newspaper for some 30 years let alone the trashy publications you decided to employ to try and make me look stupid. The fact that you refer to these publications and their content does rather lead people to confer that in order to have this knowledge you yourself must have read these publications which given what you have said seems highly likely. Looking at the points raised in our discussion you seem to have seized on various statements and misconstrued them, then added in a number of Red Herrings in an attempt to bolster your views. You have then rather foolishly added yet another Red Herring in that I do not like foreigners and immigrants. How totally wrong you are, where you get this idea from is a complete enigma. For the record and future reference and so that you are in no doubt about my position on foreigners, those foreigners working in our NHS, European People and Paddy McGintys Goat. I have no such issues with any EU citizens or any other continent you may choose to pick out of your Mad Hatters Top Hat! and to attempt to suggest otherwise is inflammatory and misleading. To be 100% clear it’s illegal immigration that I am against along with the lefty do gooders, Greedy Lawyers milking our legal aid system, criminal slavery gangs operating and the uncontrolled entry into the UK. You scoff at the fact that I dated to say we are in charge of our borders and then go on to site the thousands landing in our shores in small boats. If we had the right government and quality of politicians who had a set of balls not only would this all be stopped but also that word which drives you into EU Utopia, “BREXIT; would have been planned and administered for the greater good. I don’t blame you for latching onto the cause to reinstate the UK back into the EU and if you’re making money from it good on you. It’s a lost cause dear chap and no matter how many books or comical videos you produce it’s a pipe dream in our lifetime 🇬🇧 Thanks for the entertainment, I did send over the link to your Mega Production to a very knowledgable friend of mine a University Professor who knows me very well, he asked me if you were in local government or a wannabe European MEP but I had to tell him you were a local disruptor who enjoys smashing guitars up to make his point and has been physically attacked for trying to impress his views on others. I did point him to a few media links involving you with the Police and incidents involving members of the public. I await his comments on this as I am sure they will be interesting

The views you express are exactly the ones printed by the Excess, Mail and Sun, so in the absence of a crystal ball, I had to assume that's where you are getting them from. So, where do you source your views from? And, in spite of a very long reply, you have not pushed back any of the points I made. Do you know how many illegal immigrants come here? You have swallowed the kool aid of Farage et al. It's an easy excuse to say the politicians have not executed Brexit properly. We have had a cabinet of hard Brexiteers since 2019. Try looking towards the fundamental impossibility of Brexit in a connected world. But I'm not repeating arguments that are fully worked through in the books / website etc. You are welcome.

@@academyofrock Forget Farage and look at the official figures for illegal immigrants who have been processed from the Kent coast these speak for themselves. So as opposed to swallowing anything go and check the figures yourself. We know that Brexit hasn’t been executed as desired by the millions who voted for it which is by design of the establishment. As you say you assume and your assumptions or plainly wrong. Your bleating on about a democratic decision put to the population and you just cannot accept that you lost the vote and I just bet everyday is Groundhog Day for you bellyaching about loosing. The points you have responded with are easy to knock down and still you haven’t addressed the issues of accusing me of being a racist which you were trying to do by way of innuendo. Your living in the past and when you look at other countries in the EU they have a lot of problems generated by the Quango that is the European Parliament which are festering away. Look at our various infrastructure systems here, Energy Companies, NHS, Regional Healthcare, Transport, Education, nothing works anymore and not one party seems capable of managing any of the dysfunctional operation of these entities and you can lump in the organisation of Brexit to that lot they didn’t want it to work so it was thrown together and we are now living with the consequences of this. Get a proper job Peter and give up this list crusade as people who are far more clever have tried and failed to turn the country back into a EU state , it won’t happen no matter how many books you put out or how many people you try to portray as little England racists. I don't intend to prolong a dialogue online Bob as it is less useful than a cup of tea but I note that you have also made some other claims of a personal nature now, so I trust you will explain to your academic friend: TRUE : I only spent 6 minutes making this film so your assessment of the quality (Mega Production) is correct. I judged that the matter did not warrant more than this, so it was done in one take. I could have made a much better and longer film, but, since I judged that you would not answer the points therein, I decided that it was not worth a script or more time. FALSE: The Police had to withdraw the charge over the Bollocks to Brexit car after they realised that I knew more about the law than they did … FALSE: Far from making money from Brexit, I estimate that I have lost several hundreds of £000's through setting aside my business for 7 years. You guys can only accept the notion that people like me continue to flag up Brexit if you believe that I'm somehow making money out of it. You cannot accept that Brexit is breaking Britain. TRUE: Yes, I've had my fair share of violence from knuckle dragging Brexiteers who claim that my protest for our kids is undemocratic. Including the ex-Met Policeman Ken, who spray painted my house and came round with a knife because of my ‘dustbin’. This cost Ken £3500 as I took him to court for criminal damage. Rather than condemning an officer of the law who believes he is entitled to carry knives, you choose to blame me for wanting a better Britain in a better Europe for a better world? You will understand that democracy is a process and not a project. This means that I’m entitled to make the point that Brexit has failed and we must Join the EU as a priority, rather than being subjected to violence and threats to my family? If democracy were a project, women would not have a vote, bear bating would be a thing in Chatham and we would not be allowed to play terrible versions of other people’s blues songs … FALSE: The guitar you mention was broken before I subjected it to further damage. You imply that it is a regular behaviour to suggest that I am somehow deranged. By the way, in case you are unfamiliar with it, it is known as entertainment. Look up Jimi Hendrix or The Who. Just like the five points you made on Brexit which are untrue, you have gone for false personality attacks which I avoided. That's poor, but it's what I've come to expect from Brexiteers. And you still have not told me where you source the disinformation. Tell your Professor chum all the above that, so he has a balanced view. @RobertGoodwin-h2t
