Hi Trish, that’s this mornings practice taken care off. My coach weakened my grip yesterday to promote a full follow through but I am finding it really difficult. Your 10-2-2 drill therefore makes perfect sense. Would you just stick with it and take to the course and except a “block” in play knowing the fix. My course is a Peter Allis design so all mistakes are punished

Hi there.… Yes I most likely would take that drill to the course. If you know what to expect, you know how to play. Thank you so very much for your comment and your question

I like the way you talk, and teach. I'm into Manuel's swing and if I'm ever in south Florida I will look you up for giggles and golf.

Hi Trish! I’ve been watching your videos all night tonight to try and better my swing. I am having a problem with slicing right every time I hit the ball. I’m at Okeeheelee every day but Thursday volunteering for camp and would like to talk .😊I’ll be at the range at 7 tomorrow morning practicing the lessons you’ve taught in the videos!

I'm puzzled by the notion of accelerating the swing, because doesn't a pendulum swing backwards and forwards at the same speed? The tennis ball on the string would be left behind an accelerating club shaft. I would have thought that the backswing and the through swing should be at the same tempo. Am I mistaken?

Hello there.… Yes and no. The backswing in the golf swing for example is going against gravity so is naturally going slower and it’s a shorter. The forward swing is going with gravity and he’s bigger therefore it is moving faster. They are moving at the same rate but not at the same speed

@@815TeeTimeInc Thanks for your reply. I checked the science and found that a pendulum does in fact accelerate by the force of gravity.

you should not even use the word through the ball , just accelerate from the top of the right shoulder to the top of the left shoulder , passing the address position ( impact) . Manuel never like the word through the ball or through anything , it is one uninterrupted circle . i am student of Manuel and a scratch golfer and swear by Manuel' s principles. Love your Videos Trish👍. Keep going

Thank you for your comment, I totally agree. I never ever let my students say hit through the ball...

Hello there. Thank you for your comment.... I always say it backwards and must be dyslexic with that when I teach. Have a great day, stay safe
