No Arindom, no issue offer letter aa gya ab chill, they send in batches and abhi aise bhi christmas and new year week chal rha kafi kam kaam hota h so dont worry chill relax... After that toh you have to keep on learning!

Trainings will be online, after GFT Clearing totally depends on company requirement, May be deploying you in project first and training simultaneously.... or it may be training first then deployment into the projects.
