People need to realize that a punch or a push can easily kill someone. Unless you’re defending yourself is it really worth the risk of killing someone or permanently disabling them?

Maybe I'm missing something because I've never had any desire or inclination to get into a physical fight , but I'm always baffled at this sense of disbelief that people express when they're in a situation like this.....as if they're truly confused that purposely trying to physically hurt someone does, indeed, result in someone being physically hurt. Like, what were they expecting to happen? It's really not difficult - if you don't want to cause somebody physical harm then just....don't do things that will cause physical harm. Groundbreaking, I know.

@Crumbtian4 ай бұрын
@@Anonymous20-j9x Correct. I don't interact with people who have to resort to violence to solve disagreements. Believe it or not, there are plenty of us out there for whom actual, adult communication is perfectly sufficient. Bonus points: you don't end up whining on national television about how you "accidentally" killed someone with your uncontrollable, thuggish violence.

@OhCrumbs96 I agree with what your saying but the other comment is right, most punches aren't fatal, he could've punched 100 different people and odds are they'd all survive, that being said however it is a known thing that can happen and you should never punch someone and be surprised at a bad outcome

Agree. All I heard in this interview was me me me. Saying he never thought about the victim or parents is insane, this mentality doesn't just change. And clearly it hasn't because everything he said was all about him and his life smh

@@AM-dk5ym he was talking about how he HAD never thought about the victim UNTIL engaging with RJ. So he was demonstrating his change, not showing he hasn't changed. murder is a funny charge, you can be justified in killing but still charged with murder
@anirudhbhattacharya6085 Жыл бұрын
Not necessarily. And he wasn't charged with murder, he was charged with manslaughter, which is what a person is charged with for unintentionally killing someone. And killing is in fact justified and overlooked in circumstances of self-defense. However, there are very strict conditions for the same which is why it's not easy to prove in court.
