Mine came with the rear latch very loose, and in the video you can see how it bounces when the tailgate is closed. Very disappointed. No point in locking the tailgate, could easily get into it in 5 seconds with a coat hanger. Otherwise seems to be solidly made.

I can't remove my safety cables. any clue how to do that? you cannot remove the cover if you can't remove the safety cable.

Do not buy this. The fit is terrible. Any rain or snow will find its way in and ruin whatever is in your bed. I drive on gravel too and the contents in my truck bed are covered in fine dust all the time. Buy an Extang Tri-Fold instead.

Absolute garbage. I just got my brand new 2021 doublecab rtd sport. I got the tonneau installed by the Toyota dealership where I bought my truck. I returned for a warranty exchange because it was leaking. (water infiltration) They installed a brand new one and it still leaks. Toyota should be ashamed for selling this garbage. I tried to get a refund but they refused. Buyer beware do not buy this.

I’ve dealt with these a lot, it usually leaks from incorrect rerouting of the drain hose. And installing weatherstripping around the cover from installation.
