got it off of amazon for $80 ( a.co/7DHfULx ), then modified it, it came too high on my back, I wanted it lower, more of a lumbar support, after I modified it worked out great, was hesitant to get the $350 one and not like it.

The drivers back rest looks the same as my one , it's made by a company called grasshopper and it just slides on and off

Am about to buy that bike Tuesday. but where did you get the USB Charger and how did you wire it up?

ordered off amazon, they have a lot of different ones, there are wires behind the headlight to add accessories to, uses bullet connectors, looks like a large spade connector but it can accept 2 bullet connectors. it is connected to the accessory fuse. same circuit as the fog lights. so it is off when ignition is off.
