While walking around to all the guest building elevators trying to photograph them, I noticed that the elevator bank for the North Tower at Caesars was tucked away in a quiet alcove of the lobby. When I stepped into the alcove, I registered a hall call, and then noticed that one of the elevators had an inconspicuous riser (a separate hall station tucked away on the door buck). I registered a hall call on that elevator and waited. Strangely, even though it clearly was intended for guests to use, that one elevator provided roof access, while the adjacent elevators did not.
This elevator was unusually small and slow. The enclosure was no more than 30 square feet and was probably closer to 20 or 25 square feet if I were to measure. I don't think this was traveling faster than 200 fpm at best, which is very slow for an electric traction elevator. The car operating panel was definitely modernized some time recently, though, as it featured Innovation Universal PB-1 push button fixtures.
