Give N'Diaye that 20k if he accepts, he's just too good. You won't find the left back of that quality in next 3 seasons. Considering how hard it is to improve the squad with current reputation, it cloud be wise to keep your best players in.

in regards to your contract offering, at 34:20 when you remove promises that they have asked for they generally make that up by wanting more money, look at the player interest bar when you have submitted that offer in drops dramatically

To add to this, if you just end chat like Jack did rather than saying that sounds reasonable to the agent, sometimes it uses a different wage to what was initially assumed and that seems like what happened to Jack

Thanks for all the great content, Jack! I have a quick tip for you because I haven’t seen you do it all in FM24. Always ask the agent to lower their demands when you talk about wages and the agent will generally do it. It can make players more affordable than you think.

When it comes to bugs with the game causing unhappiness, other FM creators just use the editor on video to resolve this if they have it as an option - don't think anyone watching wants you to lose fan favourites over the game breaking!

Wee tip for you, everytime you ask the agent for how much wages a player wants always contest it! i've noticed it never backfires but ALOT of the time it will reduce the amount of wages they want :)

Once you ask the agent about the players demands to sign him you should always contest it as the wage goes down 90 % of the time .

you can make deals when fa players are in their desperate moments on the deadline jack. dont worry, you always made great deals in this save, this summer will work out too. mine those scout reports some more!

The pre contract promises can massively affect the player's desire to sign for you (and his contract demands). You can see how he rates your club compared to others in the lower left. Sometimes you need to sell your project to them, especially if your rep is low, promise them playoffs this year and promotion next, as one example. For certain players it might even be ok to settle for a non promotion release clause if that's what it takes. If that player is good enough to make the difference, then worth it. Other people mentioned how you can get wage demands lower by talking to the agent but you can also negotiate other things like squad status and certain clauses iirc.

You should think about the no loans thing. Getting one or two stars can't hurt. Think Mason Mount at Derby, Harry Kane in v.early career in L1/L2. Helps develop them and helps you in a spot, win-win.

I believe the wage issue with Dal was to do with the promise of the club being a stepping stone, basically players are comfortable taking a wage cut plus game time and an option to move but when that option is not promised then they want a wage increase to stay permanently

I think the issue with the player was the amount of time between speaking to the agent and offering the deal. Sometimes it can take a day or two for that to be reflected which is the case when you get them to accept lower wages

Feel like you should keep N’diya despite the contract request. He will make you better this year as you push for promotion, then if you do make it to the prem you could renew his contract. Appreciate he could get snapped up with 6 months left, but if you are looking like promotion could be on the cards, £20k would be low for a prem contract so just take the risk a few weeks before January

I would offer NDiaye new contract with release clause. Its very unlikly that someone will buy him with new contract a than you have time to offer him new one during the season without the clause. And if you dont want to sell someone, than choose rejects all bids and it will to appear. Once i tried to set a value for what i want for a player to be sell and teams did not bid higher than that and they will not trigger the clause :D

A League i suggest is in indonesia, really good prospects with 250k ass a max you have to pay (or a bit less), you can get players of 100~Ca with 130PA really easy, also wages are cheap

I do prefer the transfer specials to be a little more streamlined. Feels like the same as last season where it's a full hour video and at the end basically nobody has signed. Then all the transfers are made in the next episode or off camera. Just my 2 cents on this.
