I read something awhile back it was a quote from Ben Johnson. To paraphrase he was only going to consider jobs where he had a say in who the GM was or at least they had to be both on the same page in team building . Neither of those two things are happening at the star.

There's no hiding that they statements Ben Johnson has made about being picky where he gets a job and how he will ask the FO to explain why the previous coach failed are 100% shots at the Jones family. We are potentially losing out on the next McVay or Shanahan to settle with yes man Moore. The Jones' pride is the downfall of the Cowboys, I feel sorry for most of the fans
