Oh please dont ever change! At the moment i live with chronic tirednesss as a result of very low iron levels so at 64yrs old I apparantly have 'baby brain' 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣. You do my heart so much good with your humour, and my 'baby brain' state of mind and mood are really lifted. I am looking forward to making this accordian folio as a fill-in for a journal I'm creating for my sisters birthday. Thank you so much for your warmth, your talent and generosity of spirit. 🤗

I'm like you, Julie, I can lose stuff the minute it leaves my hand! I finally figured out that I lose it because I put it down while I'm focused on the crafting and not on the glue or ruler, etc. When I picture a clock face and assign a 'time' for each category, that is, glue at 10:00, rulers at 11:00, pencils at 12:00, etc., and when I put them down, if I put each in it's assigned area, I can just reach for them and there they are. It cuts out a lot of frustration searching for something. I love this project - and YOU! Thank you for the video. 💖💖💖

To keep my glue tip from dryng up I have a glass half the size of my bottle of glue on my desk, I place a floded wet paper towel (the size of the bottom of my glass) in the bottom of it and place my bottle upside down after each use the tip NEVER dries out and when I'm done I place the pin back in for next time. I absolutley love this Folio Thank you

Worth waiting for Julie. Love all the little flips , tucks and pockets. It’s amazing what you can get from a 12 x 12 and a few journal cards. I still can’t finds my two Timmy pads I bought last year! So I bought another one. From experience Julie I am sorry to say, well in my case memory didn’t come back after menopause- in fact it became worse. Yes you are right about the weather it’s shocking - raining which makes the house cold and just miserable. But I have to say this is better than that heat we had- it was really hard going 😂. This morning it is swilling it down and I have to drag the two grandkids to the school bus stop. Wish they went to the English medium school instead of the Welsh medium school as it is just two minutes up the road but the welsh school is a 1/2 hour coach trip for them. I feel really sorry for them. Thanks for a fab tutorial it turned out real nice. I shall definitely make some for journals when I get some motivation to make one. ❤

Thanks Penny love😊 totally agree, i'd vote for rain over a heatwave anyday. We went into Sheffield yesterday and even walked round in the rain as it was still 20c, it was lovely actually. I was lucky with mine, the schools we wanted were walkable. The area where i live has six primary scools we could have walked to. It goes back to the days there were six separate villages all close together. no one has a clue where the lines between villages is anymore🤗💜

Julie, I just love all your teachings and, of course, your humour. This little project is perfect! I’m making them so I have 6 sections on each the front & back, 12 in total, for a little something for my grandkids at Christmas. One section for each month, I figure they might be overwhelmed by a ‘journal’, but won’t be intimidated to make a few notes about one month at a time, on one page, in this little treasure. And I altered some of the long pockets, I cut a horizontal slit and punched a half circle in it, 1/3 of the way up, then, when I glued that whole section, I ran a bead of glue across, just above the slit, creating a small pocket down, a bigger pocket above. Just love it! It’s so thoughtful that you encourage everyone to just use whatever one has, and listening to you, as I do some crafting, myself, is always fun, as well as enlightening. Keep it up, Julie, love that you’re so down to earth. 🙂🇨🇦

Love this definitely making it tomorrow. Finding your pins is like finding a honest Tory 🤣. We have the same weather over 30C but it’s usual for us. Had our fifth power outage this week never known so many power outages, luckily 4 were only momentarily or 5 minutes max but I am sick of changing the clocks. They're freaky Erica, i have a problem with certain patterns, that's why you will rarely see me do anythin bee related as the honeycombs frak me out too. A couple of years back i was making the beeswax wraps and a friend brought me some raw beeswax straight from a hive, i nearly had a panic attack and needless to say she took it back home with her😐🤗💜

Well you have no ideal how many times I watched this program. My glue froze even our water froze. I have dementiom sorry can’t spell it. I can’t remember much and I’m still trying to make these. I want to make my 2 daughters a journal. I’m 82 and just can’t remember what u say so I keep watching this video. I really enjoy watching u. Got up at 1.30 and started watching u for a few hrs. Since i didn't have double sided paper, I ended up with covering the end pieces and extra pockets. It's very thick using card stock. I'm not good at this. (Probably lack of practice) But I managed to do this one. I don't have it decorated but I do aLOT of fussy cutting for card making. It's my favorite part. I'll add that later and enjoy that part! Thank you for showing the prototype and the one-in-progress as we went. TH papers get me "mixed up" as they are mixed and blended and it's hard to know which is what. So your patience and technique to teach helped me so much. Keep throwing out simple things for those of us who are trying to figure this JJ out. Your products are beautiful. You'll probably never see this since it's an old video, but if you do, Thanks so very much!!
