Hello, thank you for the video, but I had a couple questions regarding EIN & ITIN. 1. Can I apply for EIN without having an LLC? So, in other words, do I need an LLC first? 2. Do I need ITIN for the EIN, or is just having an EIN is enough. Context: I am a foreign individual who wants to create a Wyoming LLC for online business (such as e-commerce) I'd appreciate it if I got my questions answered. Thank you.

EIN is Employer Identification Number, you need an organizacion to get an EIN. Yes, EIN is enough for your company

Hello, We are new incorporated business in Canada (non us-resident) and am trying to fill out the tax requirements on Google Ad sense. I become a bit lost where it asks for a "Foreign TIN" or "US EIN" I see a lot of videos of people filling out the SS-4 form to acquire their "EIN". Is this the right process to correctly file the tax info on the google AdSense application? Where I am in Canada there should be a the tax treaty in place. I noticed in your episode above to call direct to have them provide the EIN if the entity is foreign (Non US based). I am guessing this would be the option I would want to pursue. Does this sound like the required method or is the EIN not applicable in my situation? Your help and advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
