Assuming na pa-cancel mo yang LOA boss, pwede ba mag re-issue ang BIR ng isa pang LOA covering the same period and following the technical requirements in order to make the LOA valid? If yes, then it is not true na wala nang babayaran si tax payer. Na postpone lang ang audit.
