Yes, you may ask after receiving balance sheet through writing request. But it should be before AGM

We keep money in a fixed deposit for a particular period say one year. But we don't keep on 1st of April i. e FY first day instead we keep any day of the year. But bank pays interest on maturity of the FD. Suppose we had made FD on 1st August and it will mature on 1st of August next year. The interest earned upto 31st march will be called as accrued interest and considered as income to the society in that year. You can demand the accrued interest from the bank by writing application.

Without being a member you will not get any details and as member, you need to speak with your Managing Committee with proper reason.
