Very good explanation! The "physiological" explanation is very motivating. One can realize a greater result when one "knows what he's getting".

I just came across you and your awesome page tonight. Excellent material!! Q - Could you give tips for the best MMA specific ( yet still help look good at 51 yrs young ) ● Strength (concentric/Eccentric/Isometric) ● Speed methods for the particular energy systems. I'm trying to get the most with the most bang for my efforts without wearing my body out as if I was still 34 :-)? I'd really appreciate any of your insight & expertise. Thank you

im a sprinter did reps slow ecc fast concen... next day my workout was fast like .30 sec in 60mts

How many reps, I was told if I can do more than 6 slow down the eccentric more?
