I had a German Wood Working Instructor substitute for the regular teacher in a Saturday Projects Class. It started at 9 AM, but only 3 of the 10 students showed up early and ready to work. The German teacher gave us a stern lecture on showing up on time and using your time wisely. After a few minutes of his harangue I said, "Hans, you are preaching to the choir, we are here". He thought this was an odd expression! Thank you for expanding our vocabulary!
