He is a victim, he got horrific burns from this because he didn't understand the danger he was in. They should never have been able to set the fires in the first place. The blame is squarely on the adults.

I had my doubts about this story from the start. The bullying word is used a little too much. You can see in the video they're young boys and sometimes act recklessly. Both parents at fault. Victims parents should have been watching them and the accused kids parents shouldn't have relied on someone else to watch their kids. Your kid your responsibility. I dont ask anybody to watch my daughter because that's not their responsibility and I dont trust anybody else to care about my kid the way I do.
