Coming from a wreck who couldn't sell more than two lousy meet&greets in a legendary club in Los Angeles this month, that's supposed to mean something? rAce wishes he could play his own stuff half as good as Tommy Thayer these days. And TT is an average guitar player who is just bland and unengaging. That's how completely washed-up rAce is. He claims that he's "still successful" and Kiss are not, because they "don't sell out every gig" in 2023. Kiss draws between 8k and 12k audiences per show, despite being as decrepit and stale as they are. rAce draws 500 nostalgic drunks on a good night, with the help of two or three other acts on the bill. He isn't even "still successful" by the standards of his own earlier solo career. His recent supposed "success" was because he opened for Alice Cooper, who can still deliver and has one of the best bands around today. Nobody went to those shows because of rAce Gluefinger.

Gene & Paul have been trashing Ace & Peter for over 40 years...Ace is clearly fed up...he's had enough of it, and has kept quiet about it for a long time, and he clearly has been unjustly insulted, and he feels the need to respond in an equal manner to Gene & Paul's constant insults, and the guy definitely has dirt on them, they've known each other for 50+ years....at some point, it needs to stop. Ace is making it clear it needs to stop. He backs it up with a clear message that if they continue to insult him, which hurts him in the business, he's going to put them both on full blast and publically dox and humiliate them so that they will know how it feels for a change. It'll likely be really nasty business. If Gene & Paul have a brain, they'll oblige Ace's request....and if they think Ace is bluffing, it's going to get really ugly.

Back in the day, when Kiss was at the top, I can only imagine what it would have been like for Paul and Gene to deal with Peter and Ace and their addictions. It's very hard to deal with an alcoholic (when you yourself are sober) under just normal everyday circumstances. It's like babysitting a 3 year old. It would be tenfold when there is unlimited drugs, women, and money surrounding you, and nobody to tell you to stop. There were albums that needed to be recorded, shows that needed to be played, tons of press, televised interviews, etc. It would be a nightmare to try to steer a ship as big as KISS through all of that with half of your band (Peter and Ace) completely out of control... missing recording sessions, late for shows, high and drunk during interviews, etc. So I get that Paul and Gene got burned and are still scarred from it. HOWEVER, with that being said, it is classless and lowdown for Paul to continue to bash them even AFTER they left the band. This stuff should have been kept private. Ace has done what very few human beings have ever been able to do.. he got clean, and has stayed clean. He is kicking ass and taking names. God bless him! It was shitty and wrong that the 4 original members didn't play during their induction into the RRHOF, and it is shitty and wrong that Ace and Peter are not invited with open arms to play some of the farewell tour shows. Specifically, Paul should be ashamed. Come on man!

I've been a Kiss fan for 44 years and I have to say it's been embarrassing to me how these guys have been throwing shit at each other through time. I think it's especially disrespectful to us, the fans, to see them expose their dirty laundry in public. If you are a real man and you have to anything to say to somebody, you do it face to face and in a private room. It's really sad to witness these kind of grumpy old cat fights trying to get the fans to take sides like an old marriage that fell apart. When you hear Paul Stanley or Gene Simmons trash-talk Ace in public, I'm like, "Hey, wait a minute, that's fucking Ace Frehley you're talking about . He's one of my all-time heroes." And when Ace responds in an even worse way, I'm like, "Hey! You're talking about fucking Gene Simmons or Paul Stanley. These guys wrote part of the score of my life." I wish they would shut up for once and go out and make music however they feel like. If there's any apology to be made here, it's theirs to the fans. The rest, please, keep it private. We don't have to know and we don't fucking care.
