On either the 3rd or 4th of April, I submitted a cheque of Rs. 1,000,000 EOI in Ace Terra project for a 1770 sqft unit. The amount was debited on 9th April 2024, and I received the payment confirmation email on 18th April 2024. On the launch day i.e.12th May 2024, I reached at 8:45 am with my one-year-old child for the unit allotment. Despite assurances from the contact person, Ankur, and waiting until 5:00 pm, I was informed that the unit I was offered, C-6/2202, had already been allotted to someone else. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I am deeply concerned about the lack of transparency and professionalism in this matter. It is unacceptable for a reputed brand like ACE to allocate the same unit to two different individuals.
