*Yewwhh!* 🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️🤙🏽 Riptide's service is amazin, always. Personally I love Venom and Blood Orange bushings (less bouncy than Riptide Krank) but yeah washers make a big difference! Worth tryin chubby shape bushing board-side in the rear for even more stability. Also worth tryin a cupped washer on the front, board-side, and keep the flat washer road-side. Stability+carve 👌🏽 Different brands use different colours, even for different formulas so ignore colours... Just makes it easier to know which colour is what duro, for that brand at a glance. (colour/dye does effect urethane but that's a pandoras box lol) Great video dude, subbed 🤙🏽

Thanks for this vid. I watched Scott Davie's vid too and went off his recommendation, as well. Got a set of 93a Riptides for front and back. But my board is the N3. Thanks for pointing out that the rear street side washer should be the cup style. I originally set both front and rear with the flat waster on street side. The rear felt way too loose, even when tightened all the way down. I then put the cup on the rear street side, still too loose. Then I put in the stock black bushing on the board side, and the riptide on the street side with the cup. Feels so much better. Still need to play around with the bushing tightness, but I think the mixed set up is the right configuration for me. The board feels loose for turning, but no wobbles at speed. Feels weird bc the N3 feels so dampened from factory. Now the board feels and even sounds like a more traditional skate board. . I'm 200 lb for reference.

Rear truck looks good, those red-wine bushings can handle heavy tightness,. Speed wobbles happens from the Rear Trucks, so your bushings there looks good, no need to adjust the rear, keep 'em tight. Feel free to adjust Front truck bushings if you need to tighten or loosen, You'll find that sweet spot for your riding style. And you can also get the GREEN Krank Barrel (Canon) Bushings from Riptide for the Front Trucks. The Riptide Krank /Canon Barrell bushings are good for the Front Truck so when you carve and top speed as these bushings always gets you back in the center. You can also Mix-match the Front Truck with the wine-RED on board side (inside) and GREEN on the road side of your Front Truck. This will wake up your board! :)

More weight on the front foot, a deeper box/tuck and a rail grab maybe also help you making tight turns. Don't tighten the riptides too much, it destroy the rebound and return to the center and exhaust your ankle. If you have the right duro for your weight tighten them slightly is perfectly fine. I skate up to 60mph DH on riptides since 2,5 yrs and never had to much problems with wobbles. Accelerate uphill is a good test if you setup is stable. If wobbles happen, relax, focus on stand and steering from the front foot and you become stable again.😊

P.S.: Basically can't wobble while carving. Always remember, steer from the front.

Yup a quarter turn at a time as u get more comfortable . Before u know it you’ll b carving at 34😃. RKP trucks r made for high speed stability. Originally for the crazy downhill 80mph guys😳. Good video 🤘🤘

Watched your video and there is no description on while bushing model or size you use. You only mentioned duro hardness.

If you can turn / spin the bushing Washers with your fingers they are too loose, you want the washers tighten up where you Cannot twist turn / spin the Washers around with your fingers ONCE you got that Starting Point Secured then give tweak / tighten it with half turns test it then tune again tighter if needed. I have my setup from Washers secured / unable to turn with fingers about a full turn to full turn and a half. If you over turn your bushing till they get squished they don't perform correctly Unless you buy the weird Squishy Krank bushing that i never tested. I use on my DKP Trucks Barrel & Cone Bushing with Cupped Washers in a very odd setup Soft Barrel/Cone board side then harder Barrel/Barrel road side. Hard to explain I would need to make a video on it to be honest.

Should get softer bushes or practice leaning

Colour doesn't mean nothing, go by durometer. Just different manufacturers do different colours. And do colour coding for their produce, like Evolve
