You know why I love this video and KZbin, you got a question about literally anything you can probably just look it up and see a visual representation of what you wanna know. Now you could have just googled it but those are words that may be confusing or too much to read. These videos are straight to the point and and now I have a visual memory of what all this means

Ugh, this vid is great, but I so overcomplicate things. Like, a lunge is on the sagittal plane, but since you lower the body, isn't it also on the frontal?
@trigunshergill2585 жыл бұрын
Any movement in which you go front or backwards comes in the sagital plane. So when doing a lunge, you are moving in front and coming backwards. Hence sagital plane movement. If you are moving any part of the body sideways, it comes in frontal plane. That is why lunge is not a frontal plane movement. Hope this helps and if I am wrong please correct. Good day 😊

Thanks for the video. It was very useful. This point isn't meant to be rude, offensive, or mean, but maybe you have or haven't noticed that she has some imbalance in her shoulders? The left shoulder is significantly elevated. Anyway, I would want someone to point it out about me, so again, I hope this isn't taken with offense.
@joshfranz89743 жыл бұрын
How about a vertical movement, like a vertical Jump. Your not moving side to side, so it's not frontal, your not twisting or rotating so not Transverse, and your not moving forward or back so it's not sagittal. What plane would that be?
