awesome. bought the jacks on ebay for $2.50, went through the steps and fixed it, AND my older gateway lt20 (same thing), which some horrible small local business fixed piecemeal and charged $I40 :D now i have both laptops back :DD thank youuuu.

Excellent guide. Successfully changed power supply jack. Strangely one screw left over after re-assembly!

main problem my d250 is that ..my screw became flat and it cant be drilled ..any solution?
